FREEDOM TO OWN GOLD IN ANY FORM — WON
NOT UNTIL JAN 1st 1975

THIS FREEDOM IS ABOUT TO BE REVERSED!

for Monetary Reform Gold Seminar in the late 1970s held in
New Orleans, Louisiana, which always drew 4-5,000 attendees.

. . . . Lawrence Patterson began speaking at seminars, many of which were sponsored by the National Committee for Monetary Reform — (NCMR) — founded by James Blanchard, who also became famous for his "gold" newsletter and for his efforts to legalize the ownership of gold for Americans. . . .  WHAT HE WON IN 1975 IS ABOUT TO BE TAKEN AWAY DUE TO NATIONAL BANKRUPTCY!

Lawrence Patterson was always a provocative speaker.

Seminars in New Orleans

. . . . The NCMR began seminars in New Orleans in the 1970s, at which Lawrence Patterson was a features speaker (see photos). . . .  He held meetings with the registrants who wished to hear him speak further during off-hours.  Many of these folks became his clients — and some are still with his firm — to this very day.

Lawrence is besieged with questions
and requests for subscription information.

. . . . These seminars were attended by as many as 5,000 people — as seen in some of the photographs.

. . . . It was not unusual to sign up 40-50 new subscribers before the NCMR seminars were over.  Questioners were invited to Lawrence's suite in the hotel where his staff could answer questions and take their orders.  In the early days of publishing, Criminal Politics magazine was called The Patterson Strategy Letter.

. . . . Meanwhile, throughout the 1970s, the gold price kept climbing through $200 — $300 — $500 — and on up to $800+ in 1980.  Many of his clients became "set for life."
