THE CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENT

. . . . The Constitution requires — that only natural, native born American citizens are permitted to become the President of the United States. A politically alert attorney in California has sent personnel to Kenya to visit the Hospital where Obama was born. Photocopies were made at the hospital, and they have been returned to the United States, and are now on more than just one or two websites.

. . . . Another problem: — Obama is not even an American citizen as required. The evidence is being prepared as part of an impeachment program, which begins Oct. 6, 2009. This includes participation by Criminal politics Magazine.

. . . . One of the problems that has resulted from this, which cannot be solved, is the fact that military personnel are refusing to execute orders for deployment. . . . (and other orders as well) — because of the failure of the president to produce his US birth certificate.

. . . . Keep in mind the Honolulu document provided to the press was NOT a birth certificate. His providing this phony document places him in an even worse situation with the American people, and especially with military personnel. It should be patently obvious that as more and more military people become aware of this, and are issued "deployment orders" — (or any other kind of inconvenient order) — will refuse to execute the instructions.

. . . . This will ultimately lead to a crisis of grave insecurity — re the protection of the United States against its potential enemies. Obviously, as more and more people realize this, they will demand his impeachment by the House of Representatives, and following that, an impeachment trial in the Senate.

. . . . There are dozens of other aspects of Obama's illegality. . . . including the need to send more troops to Afghanistan, which may be an impossibility, due to the attitude of military leaders and their subordinates.

. . . . In short — the President is already "crippled," due to the problem of executing military orders.

. . . . Your Congressman will surely respond to your obviously well-placed concern, especially with the war in Afghanistan causing increasing deaths of US service personnel, and the need to send additional troops to that area.
